2538084 | Primary Facility | 2016-11-14 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) attended the preconstruction meeting for the SWEPI LP – Lingle 1102 well site (ESX29-117-14-0022) in Deerfield Twp, Tioga Co. on 11/14/2016 @ 1100 hours. The weather was 55 degrees and sunny. An adequate site ID sign was observed at the entrance to the access road. The well permit and original ESCGP permit were located in the mailbox. The onsite inspection log indicated the site was last inspected by company personnel on 11/9/2016 with the following comments “Erosion channels and slumping on near left interior slope of sed basin. Veg @ 20% in reclaimed areas.”
The pad had recently had a PCSM infiltration basin installed below the pad to meet the requirements for restoration. At this time SWEPI plans to rebuild the site under the new ESCGP this winter. The current vertical well pad will become the tank pad. A new unconventional larger well pad will be constructed between the current pad and the road. A new access road will be constructed.
