2575291 Primary Facility 2017-03-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 3/23/17 at 1443 hrs I conducted a routine inspection of the Willard 419 well site. It was sunny and 42 degrees F. No one was present during the inspection.

The well site was idle. The 1H and 26H wells have been drilled. Well permits for the 22H and 24H expired on 2/11/17. Vegetation is becoming established on disturbed areas. E&S controls are installed and in good condition. No evidence of erosion was observed.

The last routine E&S inspection was conducted on 3/20/17.

No violations were cited during this inspection. I concluded the inspection at 1517 hrs. TLT
