The weather was 22 degrees, sunny, 3-6" snow on the ground, winds SSW@8mph, 40% humidity. Kirk Gregory, Seneca Resources was present onsite.
Seneca plans to install the Rock Construction Entrance (RCE) and timber the site. Mr. Gregory stated Seneca does not plan to fully construct the well pad at this time. No violations are noted at this time. I departed the site at 1030 hours. |
