2750582 Primary Facility 2018-07-03 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted Vista Petro Inc. called and is requesting a release of their bond. A review of the Departments files revealed that the well was drilled after April 18, 1985 and requires a bond. A review of the files also revealed that the operator has failed to file production report under 3222(a) and Mechanical Integrity report under 78.88(a)(e). I spoke with Harry Rhoades (814-474-1099) on 7/3/18 concerning the bond and the required reports. Files will be reviewed at a later date to see if the reports have been filed with the Department.
