The dike appears to be in good shape housing a production unit and 50 bbl. poly tank. Site is frozen and snow covered. Annulus is plumbed to produce house gas.
2754449 Primary Facility 2018-07-19 Incident- Response to Accident or Event Viol(s) Noted & Immediately Corrected Onsite for an incident response of a reported production fluid release inside secondary containment. The release occurred as a result of a three inch long cut in a 50 bbl. poly tank. The poly tank had already been removed from the site. Elevated conductivity levels of the soil were measured with an EC meter. Soil excavation was taking place, impacted soil was being placed in waste bags for disposal. While onsite the excavation was approximately 2' wide by 1.5' deep. Elevated conductivity levels were continuing to be received. I left the site at approximately 15:30 hrs.

A call was received from Alan Wolf (Range Resources) at 16:00 hrs. reporting the excavation was waist deep and conductivity levels were approximately 500 microsiemens.

The violation was immediately corrected.
