2807218 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-27 | Routine/Partial Inspection | No Violations Noted | Follow-up inspection to a call received on 11/24/18 of a leaking natural gas well. Operator was contacted and had someone on the way to look at the incident the same day. Inspection shows well tied in for production with house gas being utilized at the well head. House gas equipment protected with a 55gal drum (photos attached). GPU and brine tank inside diked containment. A seven day production chart placed on 11/27/18. No leak could be detected at the well head or at the production unit at time of inspection. Spoke with Joe Glista by phone and he informed me that the leak was occurring from a union on the casing side and the leak stopped after being tightened. Operator filed a total of 4,534.88mcf for 365 days in 2017 and filed the required MIA for 2017. Well label to be secured to the wellhead. |
