I was informed that a local snowmobile club was doing trail maintenance on a section of trail that shared use with their lease road. It was stated that while digging out a stump near the road, a section of the operators production line was damaged. No crude oil was in the line at the time of the rupture. The workers had a third party perform the repairs to the line and proceeded to backfill the disturbed area. Operator stated that the repairs were done without his consent or supervision and is unsure as to the integrity of the work performed. It does not appear that any crude oil had leaked due to the damage to the line. |
