2856527 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-19 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | This location can be accessed from Shelby Circle, in Pleasant Township, Warren County, PA; or on foot from Mohawk Avenue.
The location is a slight bump-out on the cut-bank side of its accessing road. The location is near the top of a very long snd steep hill. The grade above the location is very gradual. This is a combination oil/gas producing well fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The API ID is clearly posted on the electrical service box for the pump-jack. Both main valves, from the production string and casing string appear to be closed. No major leaks or spills are evident. The location is well vegetated and stable. The accessing road appears to be used at a minimum and has even developed a good deal of vegetation on its surface. No E & S or stabilization issues noted. |
