I spoke with the operator and they have a tentative date of November 1st of 2017 to put this well back into production. The brine tank is leaking a small amount of brine onto the ground and the operator was notified of this and a small gas leak is coming from a stand pipe coming off the wellhead. The operator stated they would address these issues. There is no chart on the meter and it has been like this since at least April of this year when I was here with the water quality specialist. There is no signage posted at this time but operator stated they were picking them up today. There is no containment around this brine tank at all and the well is next to a creek. |
