This is a combination oil/gas producing well fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The well is plumbed to two buried gathering lines. Main valves for both lines, at the well head, appear to be open. There is no evidence of any major leaks or spills around the well head. The well location is positioned a short ways from the main accessing road, in an open area, near the top of a hill. The location and access road are currently snow covered. Vegetation, however, can be seen poking through on and around the location. E & S related BMP's seem to have been put in place upon initial construction of the accessing road and location. Regular, continued maintenance, especially with regard to the main accessing road, is recommended. The operators well ID is vaguely written on the electrical service box of the pump-jack.
