2639562 | Primary Facility | 2017-09-25 | Follow-up Inspection | No Violations Noted | Met with operator on site to discuss marking the locations of plugged wells on the lease. A previously plugged well was recently excavated to demonstrate that it had top hole material to surface. The buried monument consisted of a brass tag with an identification number assigned by the operator, rather than the required API number. Operator showed me the monuments that he had constructed for the remainder of the plugged wells on the lease, which were made of steel plate with the API number welded on. I provided him with the locations of the wells corresponding to each API number. He stated that the monuments would be in place by Friday of this week. Items also discussed were, compliance with current CO&A, revised well plan pertaining to CO&A, and CO&A correspondence recipients from the Department. |
2731812 | Primary Facility | 2018-05-21 | Follow-up Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well has recently started producing. Electric service connected to pump jack motor. Wellhead is connected to production lines. Surface casing is vented to atmosphere. Several wells have been reworked and equipped with new production equipment and pump jacks. A service rig is on the lease and currently parked on the location of well #TP 16. Well #TP 18 remains buried beneath fill. Wells that have been reworked as of this date are: TP #'s 1, 14, 17, 20, 22, and 23. The reworked wells do not have the surface casing vent pipe extension installed, as described in the CO&A. |
2753632 | Primary Facility | 2018-07-19 | Follow-up Inspection | No Violations Noted | Well #TP-1 is currently equipped for production. Condition of the other wells on the Rudolph Lease are as follows:
TP-19: Equipped with female thread on casing. Wellhead installed. No tubing or rods at this time. TP-25 & 26: Remain intact with rodline jacks and old tubing and rods. Electric and production lines have been installed on site for both. TP-17: Equipped for production, surface casing vented to atmosphere. TP-20: Equipped with new tubing, rods, and production casing. No pump jack. Surface casing vented. TP-14 Equipped with new tubing, rods, and pump jack. Not connected to production lines. Surface casing vented. TP-15 Equipped with new tubing, rods, and production casing. No pump jack. Surface casing vented. TP-16 Equipped with new tubing, rods, and production casing. No pump jack. Surface casing vented. TP-21: Service rig currently set up over well. No surface casing at ground level. 4 1/2" pipe in rig elevators appears to be stuck in well bore or set down on an obstruction. No one on sit |
