| 2786524 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-10 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Surface casing cement job. Pumping LCM at this time. Cement will be pumped after LCM has set. Drill cuttings are dusted at locations edge. |
| 2786751 | Primary Facility | 2018-10-09 | Drilling/Alteration | No Violations Noted | Access for his location can be gained off of Jackson Avenue in Glade Township, Warren PA. The well site was recently constructed at the edge of an agricultural field. A new road was developed to access the location. This section of road is still pending completion. The stone that is being used appears to have been hauled from a local burrow pit. Seed and strawmulch has yet to have been applied to the various disturbed areas. A complete E & S plan is posted in a water tight container close to the locations edge.
The well is currently being drilled . Drill cuttings are being directed to the up hill side of the location. The drilling permit and AWM approval is clearly posted on a tree near the location. The seed and straw/mulch application was discussed with the operator. The access road development will be monitored with future inspections. |
| 2801054 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-07 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The well is currently being fracked. The process has been slow going, according to one of the contractors on site. Fresh water appears to be getting pumped from a near by pond. All flow back fluid appears to be getting directed to a lined pit, that has been dug to the side of the location. Free board appears to have been maintained. Used water appears to be getting re-circulated and used again.
The access road and well location are soft and wet. Heavy truck traffic has established some pretty significant rutting. The application of commercial stone was discussed with operator, at a previous meeting. The road may also need some reshaping after the well has been completed. An adequate density of hay has been applied to most of the disturbed areas. |
