Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2735226 Primary Facility 2018-05-30 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted Drilling top hole section of well bore at this time. Surface casing will be run and cemented tomorrow. Casing will be set at a depth of 450'. Drill cuttings are dusted at locations edge.
2752371 Primary Facility 2018-07-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well has recently been completed. The well permit and approval for AWM are clearly posted on location. The pump-jack has been placed and is currently pumping. The well has been plumbed into gathering lines for oil and gas production. The gas line, however, has not been buried.

Straw has been applied to most the the disturbed surface area. There is a small pit that appears to have been used to catch drill cuttings. This pit should be reclaimed prior to restoration approval. Some added attention should also be paid to the access road pending restoration approval.
