| 2852442 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-12 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | The main access road entrance for this location is off of East 5th Avenue, in Glade Township, Warren County, PA.
This well is currently being drilled by a third party, Mead Drilling Co. They are currently drilling at an approximate depth of 250', according to the driller. Drill cuttings are being directed to an un-lined pit, on the low side of the location. The driller appears to have just begun adding water for dust suppression. The permit was available for viewing, upon request, in the drillers dog house. This well location is positioned at the tree-line edge of an agricultural field.
