Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2813120 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This location can be accessed off of Scandia Rd. in Glade Township, Warren County, Pa.

The area is currently snow covered. Some vegetation can be seen poking through the snow on the banks and in some of the ditch-lines. All relevant E & S related BMP's seem to be acting effectively. The drilling permit and a Control and Disposal plan are clearly posted on the location. A drilling contractor has begun drilling the well. They are currently running casing down hole. All drill cuttings appear to have been directed to an un-lined pit.

2818376 Primary Facility 2018-12-20 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The main access road entrance for this location is off of Scandia Rd., near the boarder of Glade and Elk Townships in Warren County, Pa.

The ground is currently frozen, with thawing in some areas. The location and accessing road appear to be holding up well to the heavy truck traffic. The well is currently being fracked. They are on stage 12 of 17, according to one of the contractors on site. Water appears to be getting pumped from a near-by fresh water containment. All flow back fluid appears to be getting directed to a lined pit, pumped to a steel container and then recirculated. The area under the rig floor is covered in plastic liner material. Plastic drain pipe has been used to create a dike around the lined area. No unwanted spills or releases appear to have occurred.
