2766943	Primary Facility	2018-08-23	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On 8/23/2018 at approximately 1015, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Gulla Unit 10H Well Site located in Mount Pleasant Township, Washington County. The following was observed: The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance and was in good condition. The well on site was not in production at the time of inspection but was clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition. The production fluid/condensate tanks were not within typical secondary containment but appeared to be structurally sound. The secondary containment around the tanks appeared to consist of a soil berm with no polyethylene lining. If this well site was to return to production, this containment would not be sufficient. The gas separator was not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition. The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative growth. No violations were found during this inspection.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained and in good condition The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well head was maintained and painted no leaks or fluids around the well. The production tanks paint was fading and rust spots are stating to appear. The containment is an earthen dike that is intact no leaks observed. There is only a separating unit on site no GPU.
