The access and the pad area were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The earthen berm containment structure around the production tanks was observed to be primarily vegetated and in good condition. The production tanks also appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider utilizing secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of fluid within the earthen berm structure can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
