Observed steel plate welded to top of 24” conductor casing following the plugging of this well. The top of the plate had well information welded into it. Cement was approximately 2” from the top of conductor casing. Casing was cut below ground level. According to the DEP Well Record this well was spud on 8/18/2010. TD was 3315 ft. Deepest fresh water was found at 200 ft. Operator was able to get to 3250 ft. |
