Both wells were appropriately tagged. The site appears to be restored and is permanently stabilized. No violations were noted during this inspection.
2593116 Primary Facility 2017-05-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Monday, May 15, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Farabee Well Pad located in Amwell Township, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was in place and legible at the site entrance which is secured with a gate and lock.

The secondary containment structure around the production tanks appears to be in good condition and functioning as intended. The gas wells appear to be in good working order and are labeled as required.

No violations were noted during the inspection.
