2775347 Primary Facility 2018-09-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 9/7/2018 at approximately 1245, I conducted a routine site inspection of the McWreath Pad located in Hanover Township, Washington County. 2 inactive wells were on site at the time of inspection. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance appeared to be in good condition.
  • Both wells on site were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Areas of poor vegetation growth were observed on site which should be addressed.
  • A contractor was on site at the time of inspection removing CFS from well vegetated areas and preparing the site for permit termination anticipated for November 2018.

No violations were found during this inspection.
