2465704 Primary Facility 2016-03-18 Administrative/File Review In Compliance with Policy On Monday, March 14, 2016, an estimated 20 gallons of engine coolant was released from a ruptured radiator hose and was promptly reported to the Department. The release was completely contained within the designed engineering controls and no impacts to soil or water had occurred. The containment was cleaned of released fluids with absorbent pads and the expended pads were containerized and sealed for off-site disposal. The matter has been determined to be In Compliance with Policy. No violations are being cited at this time.
2479546 Primary Facility 2016-04-28 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy While performing a blow down operation on a well, a small amount of brine was released from a pressure relief valve on the associated production tank, due to a sudden influx of pressure in the tank. The release was contained and cleaned up.

The incident has been determined to be In Compliance with Policy (ICP). No violations are being cited at this time.
