2760402 Primary Facility 2018-08-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/3/2018 at approximately 1150, I conducted a routine inspection of the Moore Richard Well Site located in Smith Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/brine tanks were in secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs appeared to be in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetation growth.

No violations were found during this inspection.

2763707 Primary Facility 2018-08-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Richard Moore well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The wells were maintained no leaks or fluids around the well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

2814763 Primary Facility 2018-12-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 12/12/2018 at approximately 10:00, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Moore Richard well site located in Smith Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with no accelerated erosion observed.

No violations were observed.
