This inspection fulfills the requirements set forth by Act 13 Section 32.58. At the time of inspection the site was in the process of being temporary stabilized and all perimeter E&S controls appear to be in sound condition. The Department notes that the site appears to be constructed as outlined in the ESCGP. No observation of accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well pad area. The Department suggest that the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure that the well pad and access road remain in stable condition.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed. The well heads were painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.
