Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The wells were maintained no leaks or fluids around the well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the tanks was intact and maintained. The wells were drilled and developed before 2016. The GPU unit for 9H does not have secondary containment and is at risk for a potential release to the ground.
2819379	Primary Facility	2018-12-19	Routine/Complete Inspection	No Violations Noted	On 12/19/2018 at approximately 10:00, I conducted a routine inspection of the Breese well site located in Buffalo Township, Washington County. The following was observed: The act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition. All wells on site were marked and appeared in good condition. Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared in good condition. GPUs appeared to be in good condition. Some minor erosion was observed adjacent to a retention pond which should be monitored by the operator. No violations were found during this inspection.
