The Modular Aboveground Storage Structure (MASS) was observed. According to level monitoring equipment the current volume of the MASS was 7.5' or approx 13500 Bbl. The floating suction was observed. Water is pulled from near the top of the MASS using floating aluminum strainers to supply the frac. North Country Services is the water transfer contractor. Eric Davis (North Country) provided additional pictures of the floating strainers via email. One of the floating strainers was observed next to the side of the MASS. I recommended that these floats somehow be secured to keep from damaging the liner against the wall of the MASS. Mr. Holmes responded via email that a temporary solution using angled bracing has been implemented. No viol |
