Moved onto this well on 5/14/16 and resumed drilling at 5724 ft. KB. KOP was at 5741 ft. EOB on the curve was at 8685 ft. MD (7113 ft. TVD). TD was at 14, 893 ft. MD (7178 ft. TVD). The 5 ½” casing was set at 14,873 ft. on 5/21/16. The casing was not cemented to surface. The Department requested the estimated top of cement (TOC) at the time of this inspection as routinely done on prior inspections. That request was denied. The operator’s well-site representative refused to give the estimated TOC to the Department due to instructions from supervisors. (After contacting the operator’s drilling engineer via telephone on 5/24/16 the Department was informed the estimated TOC is at 4741 ft. by a subsequent e-mail.) Note: This is the second 5H well. The first 5H well was plugged on 11/15/15 and cemented on 12/2/15. |

2627276 | Primary Facility | 2017-08-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Today I conducted a routine inspection at the Martin well pad and the following was observed.
Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed. The well head was painted and maintained no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained. |
