| 2723383 | Primary Facility | 2018-04-17 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Tuesday, April 17, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Harmon Creek B Well Site located in Hanover and Smith Townships, Washington County.
The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site. The site is secured with a locked gate. The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation. The secondary containment around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and functioning as designed. Each well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. Each well was labelled. Permitted gas wells on-site include Unit 9H (125-27565), Unit 11H (125-27566), Unit 7H (125-27560), Unit 24H (125-27526) and Unit 10H (125-27538) which currently has a metal plate on top of the well cellar. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
