2723383 Primary Facility 2018-04-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday, April 17, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Harmon Creek B Well Site located in Hanover and Smith Townships, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site.

The site is secured with a locked gate.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation.

The secondary containment around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and functioning as designed.

Each well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. Each well was labelled.

Permitted gas wells on-site include Unit 9H (125-27565), Unit 11H (125-27566), Unit 7H (125-27560), Unit 24H (125-27526) and Unit 10H (125-27538) which currently has a metal plate on top of the well cellar.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2791081 Primary Facility 2018-10-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 10/3/2018 at approximately 1200, I conducted a routine site inspection of the Harmon Creek B well site located in Hanover Township, Washington County. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were clearly marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site were not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition. The wells at this site were put into production prior to October 2016.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with no signs of accelerated erosion.

No violations were found during this inspection.
