2594381 Primary Facility 2017-05-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 5/17/2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Four wells fraced, currently flowing back. Production equipment installed including six 500 bbl tanks within stainless steel containment structure and four gas processing units. Act 9 sign maintained. Erosion and Sedimentation Plan and Pollution Prevention Contingency Plan onsite in mailbox. Secondary containment setup around wells and impaired water tanks. Erosion and Sedimentation BMPs maintained including compost filter sock, sediment traps and cross culverts. Disturbed areas stabilized with vegetative growth. No apparent E/S issues.
2630014 Primary Facility 2017-08-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 8/29/2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Four wells drilled, in production and tagged. Six 500 bbl tanks installed within stainless steel structure. Erosion and Sedimentation best management practices installed and maintained. Previously disturbed areas well vegetated. No apparent E/S issues.
2655648 Primary Facility 2017-10-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted On 10/31/2017, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite at unconventional well site. Four wells drilled, in production and tagged. Six 500 bbl tanks installed within stainless steel structure. While onsite meet with Nate Smiell Range Resources for the purpose of conducting a Notice of Termination inspection. 2723386 Primary Facility 2018-04-17 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday, April 17, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Harmon Creek B Well Site located in Hanover and Smith Townships, Washington County.

The Act 9 sign was clearly legible at the site entrance and all required documentation was available on-site.

The site is secured with a locked gate.

The access road and the well pad were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetation.

The secondary containment around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and functioning as designed.

Each well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. Each well was labelled.

Permitted gas wells on-site include Unit 9H (125-27565), Unit 11H (125-27566), Unit 7H (125-27560), Unit 24H (125-27526) and Unit 10H (125-27538) which currently has a metal plate on top of the well cellar.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
