2627373 Primary Facility 2017-08-04 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy On Friday, August 4, 2017, I received notification of an condensate release that had occurred the day before at the SGL 232 A Unit 1H Well Site located in Blaine Township, Washington County. I conducted a site visit on Friday morning to assess the situation and gain additional information regarding the release and the response. Ms. Jessica Ullom from Range Resources - Appalachia (Range) was also present during the site visit, as were other Range personnel and remediation contractors.

It was estimated that approximately 1.5 to 2.0 barrels of condensate was released to the gravel well pad following a hydraulic pump failure. The oil truck was off-loading fluid from a production tank when the hydraulic pump failed and the flow of condensate to the truck's tank stopped. When the flow of condensate stopped, the driver disconnected the hose at the PCC pot. The hose was removed prior to closing off surrounding valves which allowed condensate to be released from the line to the gravel pad. The driver was able

2806070 Primary Facility 2018-11-21 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 11/21/2018 at approximately 0900, I conducted a routine inspection of the SGL 232 A well site located in Blaine Township, Washington County. I met with Angelo Albanese (Range Resources) to assess permit conditions relative to permit termination. The following was observed:
  • The Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs on site appeared to be in good condition. Wells on site were put into production prior to October 2016.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • The site appeared to be stable with greater than 70% vegetative cover.

Based on the inspection of the project area, it was determined that all requirements pertaining to permanent stabilization and permit termination had been attained.

No violations were found during this inspection.
