A diversion culvert leading to a cross drain in the area will remain and be filled with large stone to allow it to continue functioning under the added gravel. The modification was approved. >>Grease covered equipment and chemical storage containers were found off containment. No material was found to have reached the ground. Immediate remediation recommended. >>Unmarked frack tanks reportedly containing fresh water without containment were observed on site. Frozen water around the valves corroborated the report of the water being fresh. |
