2801298 Primary Facility 2018-11-08 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted On 11/8/2018 at approximately 0900, I conducted a routine inspection of the Walasik well site located in Jefferson Township, Washington County. I met with Angelo Albanese (Range Resources) to assess site conditions relative to permit termination. The following was observed:
  • Act 9 sign located at the site entrance was in good condition.
  • All wells on site were marked and appeared to be in good condition.
  • Production fluid/condensate tanks were within secondary containment and appeared to be in good condition.
  • GPUs were not within secondary containment but appeared to be in good condition. Wells at this site were put into production after October 2016. As a result, this constitutes a violation of 25 Pa Code 78a64a(b).
  • The site appeared to be stable and had greater than 70% vegetative growth.

The inspection of the project area confirmed that all requirements related to permanent stabilization and permit termination had been attained.

2812186 Primary Facility 2018-12-07 Routine/Complete Inspection Recurring Violations On 12/7/2018 at approximately 12:00, I conducted a site restoration inspection of the Walasik Well Site located in Jefferson Township, Washington County to assess site conditions relative to permit termination. The following was observed:
