The operator reported a slip on 12/5/2018 which occurred along the access road above an infiltration berm. During the 12/28 inspection, the following was observed: The Act 9 sign located at the front entrance was in good condition. All wells on site were marked and appeared in good condition. Production fluid/condensate tanks within secondary containment and appeared in good condition. GPUs had mechanisms for containment installed and appeared in good condition. A slide was observed adjacent to the access road above an infiltration berm which did not leave the LOD.
