Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The wells were maintained no leaks or fluids around the well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained. |
