Vegetative growth well established in previously disturbed areas. No apparent E/S issues.
2630111 Primary Facility 2017-08-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today I conducted a routine inspection at the John Mocek well pad and the following was observed.

Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The site was stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained, no leaks or fluids around well head. The production tanks were in good condition no leaks , rust or defects observed. Secondary containment for the site was intact and maintained.

While onsite meet with Nate Smiell - Range Resources for the purpose of conducting a Notice of Termination inspection. PCSM BMPs installed and maintained. Permanent Stabilization achieved according to PA Code 25 Chapter 102.22(a)(2).

The Notice of Termination request is approved.
