Operator ran a wireline tool down the backside of the casing and tagged cement at approximately 150 ft. from surface. On 10/22/18 the casing was grouted to surface. A cement bond log was run. |

Note: The 20" surface casing on this well had a defective cement job requiring the operator to grout that casing string to surface. The annular space between the 20" casing and the 13 3/8" casing will need to be monitored throughout the life of this well. |
