| 2377105 | Primary Facility | 2015-06-08 | Routine/Complete Inspection | Pending | At the time of inspection the well apparatus and brine tank were covered with thick vegetative coverage. The brine tank appears to have various holes that seriously affect the tanks ability to contain pollutional substances. The Department suggest the Operator remove the overgrowth around the well and brine tank so that a visual inspection can be conducted and replace the brine tank at your earliest convienence. The Department also suggest the Operator tank samples of the area surrounding the brine tank and background, to ensure pollutional substances have not been released to the ground. |
