Drilling completed 10/19/2008, but not in production. There are no signs of erosion and sedimentation on the well site or access road. The vegetative cover is at approximately 45% at the time of the inspection. As per the one on one conversation with Jeremy Matinko any bare spots should be reseeded and mulched to establish the min 70% coverage to complete restoration. The 6 month extension has been approved with a final restoration date of 1/19/2010.
