2451623 | Primary Facility | 2016-02-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | In Compliance with Policy | At the time of inspection well appears equipped for production. Site permanently stabilized. Well tag present and affixed in a permanent manner. No E&S issues in relation to site and/or access road.
Brine tank located on site and appears to be structurally sound. During inspection Department observed a slow drip at the base of the pipe leading from the production equipment into the brine tank. This pipe appears to be corroded. No immediate impacts of dead and/or distressed vegetation observed as a result of this. Department spoke with Mr. Drew Adamo (Operator) and informed of above findings. Recommended Operator follow-up with Department upon investigation of reported concerns and to quantify release and identify all materials released if applicable within 24 hours. Department will conduct a follow-up inspection UPDATE Mr. Adamo called Department @ 14:42 to notify that less than a gallon of material was released and the leak had been fixed. All visibly impacted material had been excavated and disposed accord |
