After a site visit spoke with operator representative Shawn Smith he agreed to have the E&S plan drawing revised to show filter fabric fence backed with hay bales.at the foot of the fill slope. With this revision the E&S plan as compiled should minimize accelerated erosion & sedimentation, provided the plan is properly implemented and maintained. |
