Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1734505 Primary Facility 2008-08-22 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Site not consrtucted. Drill cuttings to be land farmed. Due to the proximity of the site to the stream, this option is not feasible. As per phone conversation with operator drill cuttings will be encapsulated, and a reivsed copy of the waiver application will be sent to the regional office to show this change. The operator should insure that the encapsulated cuttings are located 100 feet from the unamed tributary to Buffalo Run. In addition the filter fabric fence will be backed with hay bales. With these revisions the E&S plan should minimize accelerated E&S, provided the plan is implemented and maintained properly.
1814352 Primary Facility 2009-07-14 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Well site appears to be in production. Brine Tank located on-site is in sound condition. There is no evidence of accelerated erosion or sedimentation on the access road or well site. The vegetation is well established. The operator should continue to monitor the site for erosion and sedimentation.
