Pit had more than the required two feet of lined freeboard. Access road will require routine maintenance after moving the drill rig off-site. In addition the operator should continue to clean up the mud which had been transported off-site from the access road to Hulton Road.

Brine tank located onsite and it appeared to be in sound condition. There was no observed accelerated erosion or sedimentation in relation to the access road or well-site. The site had been regraded. The Department recommends that the operator implement eorsion controls to stabilize the site as per 25 PA Code 102.22 until the 2012 growing season.

Well apparatus and brine tank located on site appear to be in sound condition. The site has been regraded, although it has not been seed or mulched. The Department notes accelerated erosion is observed on site. Water is gathering on the cut slope site of the well pad, gathering and running down slope and overtopping sediment fencing on the down slope side of the well site.
