The E&S plan was onsite and the pit located on site appeared to be in sound condition with the required 2' of freeboard. The Department suggests the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the stability of the site in maintained.

The E&S plan was on site and appear to be properly installed and maintained as outlined in the plan. The Department suggest the Operator continue to monitor the site weekly and after significant precipitation events to ensure the stability of the site is maintained. The Department also suggests the Operator contact WQS Sam Steingrabe prior to the removal, encapsulation, or land farming of the contents of the pits located onsite.
