2671109 Primary Facility 2017-12-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Arrived onsite at 14:00. Weather: Clear, Cold, ~ 25 degs. (3) active wells on this location, the P&G Warehouse 1H, Lasco 2H and McCarthy 3H. All (3) wells were producing at time of inspection. All wells prod. pressures are being monitored by wireless sending units, "SCADA" gauges. Sending data to Total Flow Control units "TFCU". All wells had (2) annular vents present. The (9x5) vents were tied into vent piping running to prod. tanks. The (13x9) vents were venting to atmosphere. Gas checks were performed at the (13x9) vent openings, using a Altair 5X gas meter. Gas checks showed ~ 75% LEL, 2% CH4, no measurable flow noted at time of imsp. While on location, Warrens' Field Rep., Scott Moyel arrived onsite. Mr. Moyel informed that the quarterly Mechanical Integrity Assessment "MIA", shut-in tests, had just been completed on these wells annuli. That is why the wells (13x9) vents were venting to atmosphere and that these annuli will be tied back into the common vent line to prod. tanks. This could also account f
