2207680 | Primary Facility | 2013-08-22 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Arrived at the site at 13:15. I was accompanied by Cory Snyder, Field Representative of Chesapeake Energy during the inspection. Tetra Technologies was in the process of breaking down the frac equipment. The frac job for the 2H well has just been completed relatively recently. The completions has been mobilized to the Welles 5H in Bradford County as this is the next scheduled frac job. The brine transfer lines are contained with a (30) mil liner. There were no elevated conductivity readings of concern in any water on and off secondary containment. The PPC plan in the mailbox is dated October 2012. I departed from the site at 14:15. |

2285495 | Primary Facility | 2014-07-03 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Nomac Rig #77 is the active drilling rig on location currently drilling the Smurkoski N Wyo 1H. The current drilling depth is (10,584.89) feet. A storage container in the backyard appeared to be right at the (2)’ freeboard requirement of Title 25, Env. Protection, Pa. code 78.56. Mr. Bright indicated the fluid in this container is mainly containment water and that it will be drawn down as soon as possible. The fluid in the tanks will be sent to the Sharer site for treatment and intent for beneficial reuse. The freeboard level will be continuously monitored in the tank. A storage container in the backyard containing drill cuttings is overfilled. Mr. Bright indicated trucks are on the way to transport the cuttings to a landfill. A light tower is staged on the ground surface of the Well Pad near the oil based mud tanks. Mr. Bright stated that the light tower will be moved onto containment shortly. |
