2826348 | Primary Facility | 2019-01-09 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived onsite at 1406 to conduct a routine complete inspection.
This inspection was conducted in response to a well site restoration extension request received from the Operator on 11OCT2018. The purpose of the inspection was to ensure that an existing sediment basin had been converted into an infiltration basin and that the work had been performed to plan specifications. During the inspection, I reviewed the infiltration basin and determined that it was implemented correctly in regards to the receipt of the well site restoration extension request submission. I also ensured all the berms and slopes onsite had attained adequate vegetative stabilization and ensured all temporary E&S BMPs had been removed. No violations were noted. Please contact me if you have any questions. |
