We noticed the water was seeping to the surface and it appears as if the underground seeps originated under the secondary containment system. The ground was soft and staining was observed. We observed more standing water off containment as we continued to walk around the perimeter of the secondary containment system. I recorded conductivity readings of (5) milliSiemens/cm in water on the surface of the ground in the southwest corner of the Well Pad near the Strad Energy oil based mud tanks. |
