2810277 | Primary Facility | 2018-11-21 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I arrived at the site at 12:26. The weather conditions are cloudy skies, windy and cold, with temperatures in the low to mid 30's. There was no activity or personnel at the site during the inspection. The Garrison West 1H, 2H, 3H, and 4H wells are in production.
There is an above ground storage structure located on the same property as the Garrison West Well Pad. The well pad is located north of the structure. The structure is operated by Clearwater Technologies. The structure most likely contains water from a nearby well development impoundment. Vacuum transport trucks unload water from the structure, and transport the water to a natural gas well site for beneficial reuse during hydraulic fracturing (stimulation) of wells. The water in a well development impoundment is withdrawn from the Susquehanna River and/or nearby streams/creeks. The access road for the structure is permitted under the same Erosion Sedimentation Control General Permit Plan (ESCGP) as the well pad. An ESCGP is not required f |
