2724062 | Primary Facility | 2018-04-26 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met Charlie Young of SWEPI when I arrived. Ensign rig #162 on location, drilling at 4400' on the 2H well. Dry chemicals were near the edge of the sitewide containment, and I recommended to Charlie that the pallets be moved back from the berm. The cuttings backyard was very clean and well maintained. The containment berms on the pipe rack end of the rig were very flattened out from traffic driving over them; although no regulated substances were being stored on this end of the pad, I recommended to Charlie that he have the berms repaired. |
