2659339 Primary Facility 2017-11-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department approved an alternative waste management practice (OG-71) Form

A application on 10/25/17. The request for approval alternative waste management practice is for temporary storage of water/fluid in a modular above ground storage structure. SWNPC has termed the structure a modular above ground temporary storage tank, "MAST". The request for temporary storage narrative in the application states that the MAST will replace the typical frac tank battery layout used during stimulation of wells. The water/fluid stored in the tanks will be used during stimulation of the Boman wells. It will be piped underground from an SWNPC permitted fresh water impoundment, or the Zeffer re-use impoundment to a water riser on the Boman Pad where it will be pumped through a series of pumps, valves and controls. The MAST's sump and connections will be staged on Western Environmental (30) mil liner surrounded by (12) inch HDPE berming. The MAST is a double tank system with (2) layers of (30) mil liner with the inner tank
