| 2769703 | Primary Facility | 2018-08-30 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | I met R.D. Mann when I arrived. H&P 225 rig on location, drilling at 6300' on the 215H well. Overall condition of the containment and berms was good, but near the chemical containment area, the berm was completely covered by gravel, making it impossible to see. In the chemical containment area, I noted a rig wash tote set on a pallet that was not completely on the pallet and was leaning slightly as a result; I recommended to R.D that it be stabilized. Some water was present in secondary containments, but did not seem to be excessive. I also noted that the 6" drill mud line was vibrating and abrading the liner at a union near a 90 degree joint. R.D. told me he would see to these issues. |
